I was learning about st patrick because it was st patrick day.
I found it difficult to find the pictures because there were so many.
I enjoyed learning about at st patrick because it was interesting.
Next time I would change the facts because I would like to learn about new things.

40 Days Of Lent

Today I was making a poster of what i'm stopping and starting because its lent.
I found it difficult to remove the background because the remove background app wasn't working. 
I enjoyed taking the photos because i got to take photos. 
Next time I would change what i'm starting because I want to try new things.   

Swimming At Cody's House

Splash! My cousin happily jumped in the cold pool. As I jumped in the cold pool I made a big splash. I could smell the chlorine. 

We started playing some games like handstand competition and water gun fight when we were doing the competition I went upside down and felt water go up my nose. When we had the water gun fight we could feel the water hitting us. 

When we hopped out of the pool I felt Cody's hand pull me back in the pool. So when he got out I did the same thing to Cody. 

We got a little bored so we decided to play roblox. On roblox we played jailbreak with Alison, Manvi and Mya. 

I wanted to be a robber. When we were playing I saw someone running towards me and I didnt know if he was a cop or a robber. Then I started running towards him but then realized it was a cop so I ran away fast but shot and killed me.     

Waste Free Wenesday

Today I made a poster about waste free wednesday because we have waste free wednesday at our school.   
I found it difficult to find the right pictures because there was so many to choose from.
I enjoyed making the background because it was fun.
Next time I would try find more detail because there's not enough detail.   

An Exciting Moment

Last year at my cousins house we were doing a challenge. The challenge was twenty four hours in the sleep out challenge. When the challenge ended my aunty got a call from my Mum saying we got two little kittens. When we were driving to my house me and my cousin were really excited to meet them. When we got there we got ten times more excited when I opened the door they were standing right there. Straight away I asked “what's their names were’’ my sister replied with “Pom and Conner.” My cousin and I started to play with them. Since I have a bunk bed my Mum said we weren't allowed to take them on my bed.

  

After three days of having them Connor could climb up on my bed. One day when Connor got up he nearly fell off. Pom could get up but he liked to stay with my sister 

A year later Pom got hit by a car and died. My Dad found him and buried him. On January the 18th Connor turned one. We don't really call Connor his real name we normally call him floppy because he flops on you if he wants a pat.

Kawa Of Care

today I was learning how to make a poster for kawa of care. 

I enjoyed making the whole poster. 

I found it hard to find the right colour to wright with. 

my digital learning shows I can make a poster. 

next time I would change the background because I would like to try different colours.

Facts of Te Tiriti O Te Waitangi

1.The tiriti was signed more than 175 years ago. 

2. Maori lost land through the native land court system, set up in 1865.

3.By the turn of the twentieth century the promises made in te tiriti had been well and truly broken.

4. It took a long time but the government started listening to the maori in 1975.   

5. For five hundred years maori had aotearoa to themselves.  

6.In late january 1840 a british official named William Hobson arrived in the bay of plenty island. He had been sent to get the maori to sign a treaty.   

7. By 1830 several hundred pakeha, most of them british were in New zealand.   

8. A company in London made plans to buy land in New Zealand to sell to the settlers for a profit.   

9.By 1845 to 1872 maori and british fought a series of battles known as the New Zealand wars. 

10.As punishment for rebelling against the government the british took millions of hectares of land from some iwi.   

Summer Holidays

Today we wrote about Our summer holiday because it was the summer holidays.
I found it difficult to find the right background because there many to choose from.
I enjoyed writing the stories because I got to write about what I did in the holidays.
Next time I would change the font because I would like to try the other fonts.
